As is customary, each year at Lanarkshire Business Group one of our members is tasked with Chairman duties. The past year has been handled incredibly well by Joe Docherty of Executive Engagement Limited.
He has managed to guide the group through the 'new normal' of weekly Zoom meetings and also keep the members engaged and entertained. A challenge for anyone in the most difficult times of recent history.
So Lanarkshire Business Group would like to thank you Joe for looking after the group and we look forward to your future contributions.
The new Chairman of Lanarkshire Business Group is now Alan Kirkwood of WH&R McCartney Insurance Brokers.
Alan's contributions to the group as Vice-Chairman in 2020/21 has also brought massive exposure to the group through various television appearances on Scottish news. Even his wallpaper became a minor celebrity.

Lanarkshire Business Group meet every Tuesday at 7:30am for an hour of education and business networking. We are currently attending meetings via Zoom until such time we can meet face to face.
